How to request deletion

• Email show our contact email from the address you use for Joblin, with the subject "Delete my Joblin account".
• We'll confirm and delete your data within 30 days.

What we delete

Your account and login, job search preferences, tracked companies, matched jobs, resume (every saved version and any original files you uploaded), chat history with the Joblin assistant, phone number, and any Gmail connection and interview records.

Signed in with Facebook?

You can also remove Joblin from your Facebook account: in Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, choose Joblin, and select Remove. This stops Joblin from receiving information from Facebook. To delete the data Joblin already holds, send the email above too.

Just want fewer emails?

Use the unsubscribe link in any Joblin email, turn off interview alerts in Settings, or remove Joblin's Gmail access in your Google Account.
